Audible and iTunes Now Carrying Los Angeles Gothic Audiobook!

Its been a bit quiet on the Neon Nocturne front since the launch. That’s because we’ve been hard at work to fix the technical difficulties tied to the audiobook. With great pride, I’m excited to announce that the book is now live! If you have an Audible subscription, you can now purchase the book using one of your credits. Otherwise the book is also available for purchase on iTunes! So if the subscription model doesn’t work for you, you can still purchase the book yourself.

Narrator Connor Cullen is making his debut in the narration scene, showing off years of acting experience into this swirling, macabre thriller. Connor and I have been engaged for almost a year, and have been together for almost five, though this is the first serious project we worked on together, putting our combined skills together to record, edit, and produce an audiobook that rivals the quality of studios. I’d say, without a doubt, we did a stellar job in accomplishing that goal.

The process was challenging, if not a learning experience, for how to do it easier and better moving forward. As well, we’ll have to think of a way to work around our pets better, as both Lily and Ritz, our cat and puppy, respectively, proved to be anything but helpful during the process. Though I do have a cute outtake of Ritz barking after the line “Another baleful howl,” a collection of which I plan to release in an article moving forward.
